Since I pay the bills for a particular domain name can I make
changes to that account?
The only person that can make changes to or obtain information about the account is the
'account holder'.

What if there has been a change in our company and the original
person who set up my account is not available?
The account holder has to fax a form of authorization to DigiServers before we can release
information to anyone else. Or the card holder will be asked to show proof via fax they
have been/are responsible for the bills.

Can I pay for my account by check?
Yes. You may pay by check ONLY if you are paying semi-annual or annual.

Do you send invoices or statements by US mail?
No. We do not produce paper transactions. In this day and age as a computer and internet
related company it has proven to be more effective and simplified to do the majority of
our correspondences via email. If you prefer to get you invoice via regular mail the
following monthly fee will be charged to your account:
$1 per month US and Canada customers
$3 per month International customers

When is my renewal/billing date?
Regular customers are billed exactly 1 month, 6 months, or 1 year from the date the order
was placed.

How can I cancel my domain name?
If you wish to cancel an account, a company letterhead must be faxed in stating the domain
name to be canceled and signed by the account holder and for our information please
describe why you are canceling.

Can I get a refund on cancelled services?
Yes. Credit/refund will be issued based on DigiServers's terms and conditions. You can review these

If I want to change to a different plan, is there a charge?
Yes. There is a one time fee of $30 to upgrade or downgrade service.

How far in advance do you email invoices?
For accounts being paid for with check, they are invoiced 10 days prior to actual due
date. Those paying by credit card are
invoiced the same day as the payment is automatically posted to the account.

When will my new virtual server be set up?
Same day set up during regular business days. All orders placed on weekends and holidays
will be setup the next business day. Payment by check or credit card must be received in
order to initiate setup.

Am I charged if I experience high traffic on my site exceeding
the designated bandwidth?
Yes. If you do not qualify to unlimited bandwidht, high traffic is monitored regularly and billed monthly. If you go over the limit you
will incur additional charges.

Do you charge to register my domain name with Internic?
No. Internic will bill you separately to maintain the domain for 2 years.

Is there a charge to change my domain name?
Yes. There is a $30 charge to change and/or set up a new domain name.

Yes. There is a 20% discount on 2 years payments.

There is a 15 day grace period in which payment must be received, to avoid interruption of

Yes. In order to reopen the account, the domain name has to be setup again and the
original setup fee of $30 will apply, unless otherwise stated.

High Traffic is billed the last day of every month.
